The Zebra Lux is the ultimate spray line marker. It is a solid and robust machine manufactured in the UK, it has a range of great features, offers professional results, and it is easy to use.
It features a high-pressure spray system, powered by a rechargeable battery. A single charge offers hours of line marking, so you can complete multiple pitch markings without having to stop.
The spray is operated with the simple push of a button. The pump takes paint directly from the paint container, using probes inserted into the tub, and sprays it evenly and consistently on to the ground. It provides consistent coverage over the surface, for rich, highly visible and long-lasting lines. The solenoid integrated into the system stops the paint flow dead as soon as the button is released, meaning no drips.
This line marking machine has two paint probes which insert into the Zebra line marking paint container, which connect to the pump. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains at an ideal consistency for spraying.
The round discs which surround the spray nozzle ensure a crisp and precise finish to the lines. These discs can be adjusted quickly to set the line width that you require, up to 6”. The discs can be raised using a handle on the control bar, in order to reposition the machine easily at the end of a line.
This system uses specially designed nozzles that come included with the machine. Each nozzle applies a different amount of paint per minute. If you are marking fresh lines, you can use a nozzle that sprays a dense coat of paint, and if you are overmarking old lines you can choose a nozzle that sprays a lighter coating of paint. This system allows you to use less paint but still offers professional lines.
The large air-filled tyres on this machine make it very stable and simple to operate. The robust frame and large tyres help to keep you line marking along a straight and true line.

Zebra Grass Paint is a ready to use line marking paint. It does not need to be diluted or mixed. This reduces waste and mess and makes the job much easier. Simply shake the paint container, place it on the Zebra line marking machine, insert the pump probe into the paint container, prime the pump and you are ready to mark out all kinds of sports pitches.
