The Zebra Lux Grass Line Marking Machine is a professional sports pitch line marker, designed to spray high quality lines on grass pitches and artificial grass surfaces, including astro turf, 3G and 4G.

It is a solid and robust piece of equipment, made in the UK and designed to offer the best quality lines for football pitches, rugby pitches, tennis courts and more.

The Zebra Lux pitch line marker features a high-pressure pump system, powered by a rechargeable battery. The pump system takes the paint directly from the paint container, using probes inserted into the paint container, and sprays it evenly and consistently on to the grass surface.

The spray is easily controlled by a simple push button. The solenoid integrated into the system stops the paint flow dead as soon as the button is released, meaning no drips.

The adjustable round discs which surround the spray nozzle provide clear and crisp edges to the lines, and allow the line width to be adjusted up to 6" wide. The discs can be raised using a handle on the control bar, in order to reposition the machine easily at the end of a line.

The machine has two pump probes which insert into the Zebra line marking paint container. One probe carries the paint to the spray nozzle while the other probe recirculates paint back into the container. This recirculation system ensures that the paint is always well mixed, so it remains an ideal consistency for spraying.

The rechargeable battery provides hours of use per charge, allowing large line marking jobs to be completed without having to stop.

This Zebra line marking machine comes with a range of different nozzles, suited to different applications. Each nozzle applies a different amount of paint per minute. If you are marking brand new lines, you can use a nozzle that sprays a dense coat of paint, and if you are overmarking existing lines to refresh them and make them more visible, you can choose a nozzle that sprays a lighter coating of paint. This system uses much less paint than traditional transfer wheel line markers but offers high quality professional results.

The Zebra Lux line marking machine is designed to be used with Zebra Grass Line Marking Paint, which is ready to use right out of the container and does not need mixing or pouring - simply shake it before use and place the container on to the machine. Place the pump probe into the container of paint, prime the pump using the switch at the back of the machine and it is ready to use. The machine is designed to carry the paint container and keep it steady while you work.

The pump can be primed quickly at the start of the job with the flick of a switch. The pump priming switch also allows the system to be flushed through and cleaned at the end of the job, to prevent blockages and ensure years of reliable service.

The Zebra Lux Grass Line Marker can be used by anyone from professional sports clubs, to amateur sports clubs, schools, leisure centres and more.

Accessories:

An optional handheld spray lance attachment is available, which allows for free-hand marking and spraying of features such as penalty spots, stencils, patterns, logos, numbers and letters.

A hard surface line marking conversion kit is also available, which includes a side arm and square line marking discs. This allows the machine to be used for marking on concrete and tarmac surfaces. The side arm allows the spray to be mounted on the side of the machine, so you can get right up to kerbs and walls when line marking on hard surfaces. The square discs provide crisp and accurate line edges on hard surfaces.

A running track line marking boom can be attached to this machine. It features 3 spray nozzles along a long boom, with wheels positioned at either end. It allows for 3 lines to be sprayed alongside each other simultaneously - perfect for line marking running tracks.

The machine comes with a 1L bottle of Flush Thru solution, for cleaning the system and nozzles after a job. You can also purchase 10L bottles of this solution separately.
